The Mi TV 4A Pro 55-inch comes with a price tag of Rs 49,999 while the Mi LED TV 4A Pro 49-inch and the Mi TV 4C Pro 32-inch will be priced at Rs 29,999 and Rs 14,999 respectively. The prices though are a part of the introductory offer for the upcoming Diwali sale. The prices may not remain the same post Diwali as per the company.

Xiaomi has again used its aggressive and attractive pricing strategy and has also launched a portfolio of products together to fight the competition in this space. The number one smartphone brand in India now want to capture the TV market with the launch of these three TV models. Xiaomi India managing director Manu Kumar Jain had told the India Today Tech that Mi TVs were off to an insane start in the country. The company claims that over 500,000 units of the smart TV has already been sold in India.

The Mi LED TV 4A Pro 49-inch and Mi TV 4C Pro 32-inch will be available for purchase in India for the first time on October 9 at 9 pm on Mi.com and Amazon India store. The most expensive Mi TV of the three, the Mi TV 4 Pro 55-inch will debut in India on October 10 on Mi.com and Flipkart. The Mi TVs will also be available on Mi Home and other offline retail partners as per the company’s announcement.

All the three Mi TVs — Mi TV 4 Pro 55-inch, Mi LED TV 4A Pro 49-inch and Mi TV 4C Pro 32-inch – will sport a PatchWall just like the first-generation Mi TVs that were launched in India last year. However, the new software in the Mi TVs is based on Android 8. The TVs can natively support YouTube streaming and Google Playstore, thus marking an improvement over the first-generation Mi TVs. The company has however confirmed that the same software will be rolled out to the earlier TVs that had been launched in India.

All the three Mi TVs will come integrated with Google Voice search on Mi TV PatchWall. The bundled Mi TV remote has also been improved and it will now feature 12 buttons with a dedicated 360-degree Google Voice button.

The Mi TV PatchWall comes with Android 8.1 Oreo with built-in Chromecast hence enabling users to seamlessly connect their smartphone to the TV. The three Mi TVs come with an in-built 7th generation flagship Amlogic 64-bit Quad core processor coupled with ARM Mali 450 GPU of up to 750MHz. As for connectivity, the Mi TVs are equipped with 3 HDMI ports, 2 USB ports, and a headphone jack.

For the new Mi TVs, Xiaomi has partnered with up to 15 top streaming services. This will provide the users with better content than ever before. All the three Mi TVs will come with Amazon Prime Video support which the previous generation of Mi TVs did not support. Xiaomi has renewed its partnership with India’s top content providers. It will bring over 7 lakh hours of content to the Mi TV PatchWall.
