The Chinese giant, Xiaomi, introduced the dual-driver Mi earphones in the Indian market. Xiaomi’s MD and global VP, Manu Kumar announced the product on Twitter. These earphones come with a dual-driver setup that works in sync to offer you an optimum experience. The earphones will come with a braided cable, magnetic housing along with anti-slip and tangle-free cable. All of it combined will improve the overall experience as Xiaomi focused on convenience and comfort. Now, after this latest addition, Xiaomi has a range of 5 earphones starting at ₹399.

Mi dual-driver earphones: Key specs and features

The dual-driver setup on these Mi earphones comes with a 10mm and an 8mm driver to balance the audio output. The company claims to provide deep bass and treble and these drivers will also help in lowering down the distortions. The build quality is also very premium and the earphones are constructed with anodized aluminum and to make it scratch-resistant, Zircon Sandblasting is used. The earphones are finished in carbon fiber design.

 

On the controls’ front, Mi dual-driver earphones come with 3 buttons for music/calls and up/down volume controls. By long pressing the play/pause button, users can trigger voice assistant. The 3.5mm pin is the 90-degree one that will ensure a good fit and will also save space.

Pricing and availability

The earphones are available only through mi.com for now. There will be two color options, black and blue. Mi dual-driver earphones are priced at ₹799.
