The OnePlus 5T Spotted In Two New Leaks

by October 23, 2017

As the OnePlus 5 is going out of stock in most regions, the OnePlus 5T rumours are on the rise. Recently, a speculation regarding the November 5 launch of the 5T was shot down by the company itself. And before people could get over that, a Weibo user has posted a new image of the upcoming phone from OnePlus.

While the images don’t reveal anything on the specifications front, you can clearly see that the OnePlus 5T will sport very thin bezels. The display will have a tall aspect ratio of 18:9. This could be a worthy update to the already excellent hardware of the One Plus 5. The phone shares the design language with the Oppo R11s. Considering that the OnePlus 5 was based on the Oppo R11, it is not much of a surprise.

The lack of fingerprint sensor on the front, confirms that it has been moved on the back as suggested by previous rumours. Another source, claims to have spotted the OnePlus 5T on the official website, before the page was taken down. These images are also in-line with the earlier leaks. Additionally, it reveals tagline ‘Larger Screen. Same Footprint.’ As for the hardware, it is likely to be carried over from the OnePlus 5. Don’t fix something that’s not broken, right?
