HTC recently launched the Desire 600 equipped with BoomSound speakers and the BlinkFeed home screen. The device runs on Android Jelly Bean with the new Sense 5 skin. Featuring a 4.5 inch LCD 2 display, the phone is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor. Above all, this brand new creation from HTC runs a ‘dual active’ system which allows you to receive a call from your first SIM while you are using the other.

Operating System:
The device will be loaded with the latest Android Jelly Bean operating system with the new Sense 5 skin. The Desire 600 is most likely to run on Android 4.1. However, a few sources claim that the handset will be powered by Android 4.2.

Other Features:
A powerful 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 200 quad-core processor along with a 1 GB RAM ensures you the best performance when it comes to multi-tasking. Further, the 1860 mAh battery guarantees you a decent talktime. The phone packs in an 8 MP primary snapper and a 1.6 MP front-facing camera. Connectivity features include 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, NFC and GPS.

What makes it Different?
At the first look, the handset seems not too different from HTC’s previous Desire models. However, the device packs in a few brand new features that surely deserve your attention. For instance, the Boom Sound Speakers ensure you get the best out of your favourite music, and of course the latest Sense 5 Skin that offers a user friendly interface.

The phone is likely to hit the stores in July 2013. So, you’ll probably have to wait for a while until you get your hands on it. However, nothing is known yet about the pricing, but you can surely expect a price tag at that fits well within your budget.
