Samsung’s New TV Range Funbelievable Launched In India Starts At ₹12,990 And Comes With PC Mode

The South Korean giant, Samsung, added its latest Funbelievable Smart TV series in the Indian market. The TV series will come in 2 sizes, 32” and 43”. Not only two variants, but Samsung’s Funbelievable series will also offer a non-smart 32” TV. This lineup is primarily focused on budget buyers and will give direct competition to Xiaomi and Vu. In the statement issued by the Senior VP, Samsung India, Raju Pullan said that the modern-day users want their TVs to be able to get connected in various modes along with the support of their favorite online video streaming platforms. Their Funbelievable series is especially for the Millenials who look up to the innovations in technology to make their lives easier, he added.

Funbelievable TV series: Key specs and features

There is no official confirmation from Samsung regarding the screen resolution but if we are to believe the rumors, the 32” ones will get HD resolution whereas the 43” will get FHD. The USP of the Funbelievable series is its PC Mode. The feature will allow the users to perform all the computing tasks such as web browsing, creating docs, cloud access, and can also mirror their laptop/another TV screen. Users will also be able to access their PC/Laptop from any remote location, thanks to the Remote Access feature.

Both the variants will come installed with a range of OTT apps such as Prime Video, Netflix, Zee5, Voot, SonyLIV, etc. Users will also be able to turn their Funbelievable TVs into a music system that will also offer a visual experience. Along with this, users will also get a range of skins with different UI changes in order to make their screens more attractive. There are no details available for what is under the hood like RAM, I/O, etc.

Pricing and availability

The Funbelievable TV series will come with a default 2-year warranty and the base model is priced at ₹12,999. The date of availability hasn’t yet been given by Samsung but the TVs will be available in all major retail stores, online and offline, Samsung Smart Plazas, and Samsung online store.
