The new refrigerators will be available in options of two-door and three-door. It is already available for purchase in India. Samsung has a market share of over 50 percent in the refrigerator market in the country. The new series comes with improved efficiency and offers more space. It is equipped with seamless counter-depth design, and many more interesting features.

Samsung SpaceMax series: The features

One of the key USPs of the SpaceMax series of refrigerators is the availability of space in the refrigerator. This increase in space is surprising as the external dimensions of the refrigerator has not been increased nor is the refrigerator consuming more energy. The extra space within the refrigerator is due to the fact that the walls of the refrigerator are thinner. Accordingly, the refrigerator packs a minimum amount of high-energy insulation.

Samsung has also come up with an all new all-around cooling system to ensure that all the corners of the refrigerator are kept cool. This system is configured to continuously check the various areas of the refrigerator and blow cold air via multiple vents to ensure that the refrigerator remains evenly and consistently cool.

The refrigerator is equipped with the Samsung Digital Inverter Compressor that automatically adjusts the speed of the compressors as per the requirement. This enables to reduce the wear and tear. As per Samsung, the inverter compressor can last longer than the competition and enables users to save up to 50 percent more energy. The refrigerator comes with a certified lifespan of 21 years and a 10-year warranty.

The three-door variant of the refrigerator comprises two fridges and one freezer. The upper and lower storage spaces of the refrigerator is customizable. This enables to minimize air loss by about 55 percent.

Samsung has equipped the refrigerator with a large water tank for the ice and water dispenser available in the two-door variant. This feature enables easy installation of the refrigerator without connecting it to a water supply. Users can just add water and enjoy cold water and ice seamlessly. The refrigerator also sports a Power Cool and Power Freeze option, which allows users to increase the speed of the process of cooling water or freezing food, water, drinks, etc.

The new SpaceMax series side-by-side line-up starts at Rs 1,06,990 for the two-door option. The three-door models come with a price tag starting at Rs 1,16,990. There’s also a two-door variant that’s available with an ice and water dispenser which comes at a price of Rs 1,25,990. The refrigerators can be purchased through both online and offline channels starting today.
