Samsung Launches Galaxy A6 Plus (2018) Rebadged as Galaxy Jean in South Korea

Samsung-galaxy-jean-south-koreaSouth Korea based smartphone manufacturer Samsung has renamed its Galaxy A6 Plus smartphone and launched it as Galaxy Jean at its hometown. The official website also has the mention of Galaxy A6+ in brackets. The Galaxy A6 Plus was launched by the company in India during May. The company launched Galaxy A6 in South Korea last week and it was also expected to launch the A6+ at the same time but that didn’t happen and now it has launched it as Galaxy Jean

Samsung Galaxy Jean Price and Availability:

The Galaxy Jean is will be sold via carrier KT with a price tag of KRW 440,000 which is roughly USD 395 and INR 27,200. There are two color options available for the buyers- Lavender and Black.

Samsung Galaxy Jean Software and Hardware Specifications:

The Galaxy Jean sports a centrally placed vertical dual rear camera set up consisting of 16MP primary sensor with f/1.7 aperture and a 5MP secondary sensor with f/1.9 aperture. There’s a 24MP shooter with LED flash on the front for selfies and video calls.

The device sports a 6-inch Full HD+ AMOLED Infinity display with 2220 x 1080 pixel resolution and 18.5:9 aspect ratio. For security purpose there’s a rear mounted fingerprint sensor. It is powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and is fueled by a 3,500mAh battery. It features 3GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage (256GB expandable via microSD card) and runs Android 8.0 Oreo operating system out of the box.
