The South Korean brand has launched another 5G smartphone in the Indian market under its Galaxy M series. The all-new Galaxy M52 5G will also be equipped with Snapdragon 778G and it will be the most capable one in its series. The same chipset was used on the Galaxy A52s 5G that was launched in August earlier this year.

The latest addition to the M-series will come with a much higher refresh rate and the panel used here is an AMOLED one. The optical setup is also quite good with a primary sensor of 64MP and it will directly compete with the likes of iQOO Z5, Realme GT Master Edition, Motorola Edge 20. All these smartphones are also powered by the same Qualcomm chipset.

Samsung Galaxy M52 5G: Key specs & features

The all-new Galaxy M52 will come with a screen size of 6.7” and this sAMOLED Plus screen will produce a Full HD+ resolution. The panel will come with a refresh rate of 120Hz and there will be a punch-hole cutout for the front camera. On the rear, the smartphone will offer a triple-camera system.

Diving through the optical setup, the screen cutout will house a 32MP sensor and the rear camera module will have a primary sensor of 64-megapixel, ultra-wide lens of 12-megapixel with an FOV of 123-degree, and a 5MP macro sensor. The device will boot on Android 11 with OneUI 3.1 on the top. It will also offer Samsung Knox for better security.

At its core, Galaxy M52 sports Snapdragon 778G paired with 8GB memory and 128GB of onboard storage. Users will also get to enable the virtual RAM further up to 4GB, the feature is dubbed as RAM Plus. Samsung is offering a big battery of 5,000 mAh with support of 25W fast charging. Few other connectivity features are 5G support with 11 bands, dual-SIM, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm audio port, and more.

There will also be a dedicated microSD card slot along with a fingerprint scanner on the side and users will also get the Dolby Atmos support for an immersive audio experience.

Pricing and availability

There will be two color options for the Galaxy M52 5G, Icey Blue and Blazing Black. The smartphone will come in two RAM variants, 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB priced at ₹29,999 and ₹31,999, respectively. As an introductory offer, it will be available for ₹26,999. Galaxy M52 will be available on Amazon IN and the first sale will commence on Oct 3 with the start of Amazon’s Great Indian Shopping Festival. The device will also be available on Samsung’s e-Store.

There will also be a few launch offers such as instant 10% off on EMI and debit/credit card transactions of HDFC Bank. There will be an additional ₹1,000 coupon that can be converted into a flat discount. There will also be a free of cost screen replacement offer valid up to 6 months and the no-cost EMI will go up to 9 months.
