Galaxy A7 (2016)
The Samsung Galaxy A7, which is the biggest of the lot, has a 5.5” AMOLED screen with 1080p resolution. Galaxy A5 (2016)
The Samsung Galaxy A5 (5.2 inch screen) is set somewhere between the A7 (5.5 inch screen) and the A3 (4.7 inch screen). With a 5.2” AMOLED screen and 1.6 GHz octa-core processor, the Galaxy A5 comes with a 2GB RAM. Samsung has been consistent with its camera for all the 3 phones and has a 13MP back and 5MP front camera for this model too.
Equipped with a finger print scanner, it comes with a dual SIM facility along with a 16GB internal storage which is expandable to 128 GB via microSD card. It also features the latest android OS (5.1 Lollipop) and a 4G LTE connectivity.
Galaxy A3 (2016)
The smallest in the bunch is the Samsung galaxy A3. This one has a 4.7” Super AMOLED screen with a slightly lower resolution of 720p. The camera is similar to the A5 and A7 with 5MP in the front and a 13MP primary camera for those beautiful pictures. The Galaxy A3 comes with a 2,300 mAh battery and a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor. The internal storage for this one is equal to that of the other two, with a slightly less RAM of 1.5GB. This Android device also supports 4G LTE connectivity.
Samsung has indeed brought their ‘A’-Level game into the market with the launch of these three Smartphones. Priced in the mid-range section to appeal to those shoppers on a budget, the A3 comes with a tentative price tag of Rs.13,490 while the A7 will cost the buyer Rs.23,990 and A5 is sandwiched between its two glorious brothers with a price tag of Rs. 18,990 (as listed on the official website).
