Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime has been listed on Amazon India hinting at an imminent launch. The handset carries the signature Galaxy smartphone design with the hardware home button on the front. Flanking it are two capacitive keys. There is no mention of whether it has a fingerprint sensor embedded in the home button. The handset will come in Black and Gold.
As per Amazon listing, the Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime sports a 5.5-inch Full-HD (1080×1920) resolution. It is powered by a 1.6 GHz octa-core Exynos 7870 processor. It will come in two variants 3 GB RAM + 32GB internal storage and another with 4GB RAM + 64GB inbuilt storage. The storage could be expanded further up to 256 GB via microSD card slot.
On the photography front, it sports 13 MP cameras with f/1.9 aperture on the front and back. The rear sensor is accompanied by a LED flash. Other features include dual-SIM functionality with 4G VoLTE support, Wi-Fi b/g/n 2.4GHz, Wi-Fi Direct, 4G, Bluetooth 4.1, ANT+, Micro-USB 2.0, and 3.5mm audio jack. The Galaxy On7 Prime will also support Samsung Pay Mini for mobile payments.
Samsung has the A8 (2018) launch scheduled for tomorrow. It is likely that the Galaxy On7 Prime may also show up in the same event.
