The device is nothing but a re-branded Galaxy J6 meant for online sales. The budget phone segment is India as well as worldwide is extremely crowded and offers a lot of options to the buyers. Moto G6 bears a 5.7-inch IPS LCD display with 2,160 x 1,080 pixel resolution. The Redmi Note 5 Pro offers a 5.9-inch IPS LCD display with 2,160 x 1,080 pixel resolution. The Vivo Y83 features the largest 6.22-inch IPS LCD display with a 19:9 aspect ratio and disappointing resolution of 720 x 1,520 pixels.

Let’s start with recently launched Galaxy On6. The device is powered by an Octa-core Exynos 7870 processor coupled with Mali-T830 MP1 GPU and 4GB of RAM. The inbuilt storage capacity of the device is 64GB which can be expanded up to 256GB via microSD card.

The Vivo Y83 features an octa-core Mediatek Helio P22 processor paired with PowerVR GE8320 GPU and 4GB of RAM. Internal storage capacity of the phone is 32GB and it can be expanded up to 256GB using a microSD card.

The Redmi Note 5 Pro is backed by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor along with 4GB or 6GB of RAM, Adreno 509 GPU and 64GB/128GB of on-board storage. The storage can be expanded up to 256GB by means of a microSD card.

Lastly, the Moto G6 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor coupled with Adreno 506 GPU. The RAM options are 4GB and 6GB whereas the storage options are 32GB and 64GB (256GB expandable).

The Galaxy On 6 is fueled by a 3,000mAh battery, whereas the Y83 is fueled by a 3,260mAh battery. Both the phones do not have fast charging support. The battery capacity of Moto G6 is 3,000mAh and it does support fast charging. The Note 5 Pro features the highest battery capacity i.e. 4,000mAh but it doesn’t have support for fast charging.

The Redmi Note 5 Pro is the oldest of all four phones and thus is shipped with a bit of outdated Android 7.1.1 Nougat-based MIUI 9.2 operating system out of the box. The Galaxy On6 and Moto G6 run Android 8.0 Oreo, while the Vivo Y83 runs Android 8.1 Oreo operating system out of the box.

The Vivo Y83 also sports a single rear camera of 13-megapixel and front camera of 8-megapixel. The Note 5 Pro features a dual rear camera set up comprising of 12-megapixel and 5-megapixel. The front hosts a 20-megapixel selfie camera. The Moto G6 sports a dual rear camera set up of 12-megapixel + 5-megapixel and a 16-megapixel front snapper.
