South Korean tech giant Samsung has finally launched its latest flagship Galaxy Note 3 Neo. The device will be released worldwide in February in 3G and LTE variants. The Note 3 Neo is lite version of company’s flagship Note 3 and it also comes with S Pen just like its predecessor. Official press release by Samsung confirmed the news; however the pricing details are not yet available.
The Note 3 Neo features a 5.5-inch HD Super AMOLED display with resolution of 720×1280 pixels. The 3G variant of the phablet is powered by a 1.6GHz quad-core processor (chipset details not yet revealed) whereas the LTE variant (named as Note 3 Neo LTE+) is powered by a hexa-core processor (comprising two A15 cores clocked at 1.7GHz and four A7 cores clocked at 1.3GHz). It runs on 2GB RAM and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS out-of-the-box.
The back of the device hosts an 8MP camera with LED flash and BSI sensor along with 1080p video recording capability, whereas the front holds a 2MP camera with BSI sensor. There’s 16GB built-in storage which can be expanded up to 64GB via microSD card. The connectivity features include- Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, GPS, NFC, infrared and 3G. All of this is packed with 3100mAh battery capacity.
The Note 3 Neo includes S-Pen stylus and the well-suited apps like Air Command etc. It will also support Galaxy Gear.

The phablet will be available in three colour variants: Black, White and Green. Both Note 3 and Note 3 Neo weigh almost the same but the Neo is slightly shorter in length and width. The Note 3 Neo weighs 162.5 grams and measures about 8.6mm in thickness.
Although there are no details available regarding the pricing of Note 3 Neo, the LTE variant will probably be priced higher than the 3G variant. Stay tuned for further updates!
