Realme, on March 22nd, mocked a new series of smartphones, Narzo, on their Twitter handle. Xiaomi’s sister brand, Realme, is focussing on more youth-centric smartphones and this series is expected to be a direct rival to POCO and Redmi. It’s only today, Realme announced the launch date to be March 26. The new series is called Narzo and it will be launched through an online-only event at 12:30 PM. Narzo series: Key specs and features
As much we can gather from the website, there are two pictures, a blue device that features a triple-camera module and a green device that is teasing a quad-camera setup. On the design front, both the smartphones are expected to come with a very unique design. In the image, there is a bold Realme branding on the triple-camera device whereas the quad-camera will come with vertical lines on the back panel.
The display panel will come with a 6.5” water-notch with a whopping screen-to-body aspect ratio of 89:8. On the chipset, the smartphone will come with a gaming processor that is expected to make its debut with this series. The smartphones will be backed up by a whopping 5,000 mAh battery with integrated fast charging.
The bottom panel of the smartphone will feature a headphone jack, primary speaker paired with a microphone, and a USB port.
Pricing and availability
Realme hasn’t announced anything regarding the pricing yet. All the details will be unwrapped at the launch event on March 26 at 12:30 PM.
