
Realme Will Launch Its C- Series Smartphones, C12 & C15, on August 18
The Chinese-giant, Realme, will reveal two smartphones under the C-series, Realme C12 and Realme C15, to the Indian market. The smartphone, C15, was earlier launched in Indonesia and now, its younger brother, C12 is also launched there before the Indian reveal. The complete specifications are revealed, putting a full stop on all the speculations. The new, C12, is said to come with some good improvements than its predecessor, C11. However, you must note that all the 3 models are powered by Helio G35 chipset.
Realme C12: Key specs and features
With a waterdrop notch, Realme C12 comes with a screen size of 6.5 inches. The smartphone comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, one of the few improvements over its predecessor. On the security front, there is also a face unlock option that basically works through the selfie snapper and hence, not at all secure.
Going deeper into the cameras, Realme C12 sports a triple-camera layout having a 13 MP primary shooter coupled with 2 MP monochrome and macro sensors. The camera is equipped with amazing software features as well. Realme is providing chroma boost, slow-mo recording, up to full HD resolution, night assist, etc. There are not any confirmed details about the front camera resolution.
Realme C12 is powered by MediaTek’s gaming series Helio G35 chipset. The base variant will offer 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. The smartphone is backed up by a whopping 6,000 mAh battery with reverse charging support which means users will be able to charge their power bank, smart bands, etc. through the USB port.

Realme C12 will come in 2 color options, Coral Red & Marine Blue, with gradient design. In Indonesia, Realme launched the smartphone at Rp 1,899,000 that roughly translates to ₹9,598. The smartphone is on sale in Indonesia since August 15.
