Realme Revealed The Smart SLED 4K TV And A Dynamic 100W Soundbar In India

It was May 2020 when Realme introduced its first-ever smart TV in India based on Android 9 with 2 size variants, 32” and 43”. Using its SLED tech, Realme has now introduced the first 4K Smart TV with a range of new products, as well. There is also a lot of buzz around the soundbar launched by the brand. With all the top-notch specs on offer, Realme Smart SLED 4K TV will give a direct fight to the likes of Mi TV 4x, OnePlus TV Q1, etc.

Realme SLED Smart 4K TV: Key specs & features

At just a minimal thickness of 9.5mm, Realme SLED 4K TV comes with a 55” SLED panel with slim bezels. The screen-to-body ratio is at a whopping 94.6%, the NTSC color gamut will be at 108% along with eye-care measures like certification from TUV Rheinland for nominal blue light. The TV will also sport Realme’s own Chrome Boost engine and full support for HDR10+. Realme’s SLED technology works differently from the QLED. It comes with an integrated RGB chip that will provide whiter backlighting by significantly reducing the blue light.

Coming to the speakers, Realme SLED 4K TV will sport Dolby Audio 24W stereo speakers to provide users a cinematic sound profile. The TV draws its power from a MediaTek’s quad-core processor on 64-bit architecture. Users will also get 16GB of onboard storage and will also be equipped with Google Chromecast and in-built Assistant along with all the other Android TV features. The UI will come pre-loaded with apps like Netflix, Google Play, Prime Video, and Youtube.

Realme also got you covered on the connectivity front. Users will get dual-band WiFi, 2 x HDMI ports, Bluetooth 5, 2 x USB ports, LAN, and AV port. There will also be a headphone output. The remote will come with a voice command feature and OTT app buttons.

Realme 100W soundbar: Key specs & features

The soundbar that Realme has launched comes with a wireless subwoofer to amplify the sound output. The soundbar itself has 4 x 15W speaker units and the compact subwoofer of 5.25” will give users a 40W output. The I/O on the soundbar will be a port for the subwoofer, AUX, COAX, USB, HDMI, and Bluetooth 5.0.

Pricing & availability

Realme SLED 4K TV is launched at a price of ₹42,999 but will be available on an introductory offer at ₹39,999. The soundbar is available at a retail price of ₹6,999. The TV will be available to pre-book on Oct 16 whereas the soundbar can be bought through realme.com, Amazon, and Flipkart from the same day. It will soon be available in the offline market.
