All the devices that Realme is going to unveil in the Indian market are already launched globally. The gadgets are dubbed as Realme Watch 2, Watch 2 Pro, Buds Wireless 2, Buds Wireless 2 Neo, and Buds Q2 Neo. The brand will host an online-only event and the strategy behind this big launch is the same ‘1+5+T’ model.

Realme Watch 2 and Watch 2 Pro: Key specs & features

The elder sibling and the premium variant Realme Watch 2 Pro, has already been announced and is on sale in the Malaysian market. The watch sports an edge-to-edge display of 1.75” and it’s a highly sensitive touchscreen panel. With a screen refresh rate of 30 Hz, the panel will produce 320*385 pixel resolution. The peak brightness on Realme Watch 2 Pro will touch 600 nits. The dial shape on the Watch 2 Pro is a square-shaped one and the wearable comes with IP68 water-resistant ratings. Realme is offering a wide range of watch faces and is also equipping it with SpO2 sensor, optical heart-rate monitor, etc.

Moving to its onboard features, there will be sleep monitoring, step counts, distance, calories count, and much more. The distance covered is easily monitored using the onboard GPS, there will also be an accelerometer and the watch also features 90+ sports modes. Realme claims to offer a battery life of 14 days on a regular use and the battery capacity here will be 390mAh. Apart from showing you the call & text notifications, you will also be able to control the music.

The Realme Watch 2, the more affordable variant, will come with a 1.4” display that will produce a resolution of 320*320 pixels. The display is given the protection of 2.5D Gorilla glass and the peak brightness will go up to 600 nits. The LCD panel will offer a pixel density of 323ppi. The Realme Watch 2 will also sport heart-rate sensor, rotor vibration, and 3-axis accelerometer. It will also offer more than 100 watch faces including the all-new live ones. Along with these features, users will also get SpO2 monitoring, sleep detection, activity recording, steps count, and much more.

It is also already launched in the global market and it contains around 14 sports modes. However, Realme is expected to add 90 more through an OTA update. Unlike its elder sibling, Realme Watch 2 will come with a battery capacity of 315mAh and the brand claims to offer a battery life of 12 days.

Realme Buds Wireless 2 and Buds Wireless 2 Neo: Key specs & features

Realme has focused quite a lot on its audio devices and the Realme Buds Wireless 2 will come with bass-boosted drivers of 13.6mm and will also support Sony LDAC for crisp audio. The chip powering these buds is Realme’s own R2 chip. There is also a gaming mode with a low latency of 88ms and the earphones will also offer noise cancellation up to 25dB. These earphones will come with a neckband and the earbuds can be joined by the magnets while not in use. These magnets will also play/pause the music effortlessly. Thanks to Google’s fast pairing feature, the setup process is quite minimal. The Quick Switch feature will help in quickly switching between the paired devices. The earphones can be paired with up to two devices.

On a regular use, Buds Wireless 2 claims to offer a battery life of 22 hours, however, while using them with active noise cancellation and LDAC, it will fetch down to 10 hours. Thanks to the support of DART fast charging, you can charge it for 10 minutes to get a music playback of 12 hours. The full charge will take a total of 50 minutes, Realme claims. The earphones also come with IPX5 water resistance and can be linked with the Realme Link app.

Coming to the toned down variant, Realme Buds Wireless 2 Neo will sport bass-boosted drivers of 11.2mm and the same R2 chipset powers these earphones, as well. The gaming mode offers a latency of 88ms, however, there will be environmental noise cancellation, instead of active. There will be the same magnet functionality as we have discussed for the Buds Wireless 2. These audio devices will offer a continuous playback of 17 hours and Realme is offering the same DART charging on these pairs. The earphones will also support Realme Link app and will come with IPX4 water-resistant ratings.

Apart from these 4 devices, we haven’t any confirmed details related to the Realme Buds Q2 Neo. The brand claims to offer these TWS earbuds at a very aggressive pricing and will be focused on comfort so that users can use them for a long time. The brand also claims to offer a better battery life and Bluetooth 5.0.
