Priyanka Communications Launches Budget ‘Centric A1’ Smartphoneby Ajinkya November 29, 2017
Centric, a domestic smartphone brand owned by Priyanka Communications, launched A1 smartphone in India. It seems to be inspired by Xiaomi’s A1 smartphone, and falls in the same price category. The phone features a metal body and comes in White-Gold and Black-Grey.
The Centric A1 sports a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS (In Pane Switching) screen. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 430 chipset clocked at 1.4 GHz. The phone has 3 GB RAM and 32GB in-built storage. There’s a hybrid slot that can either accommodate a secondary SIM or microSD card slot.
For photography buffs, the phone offers 13 MP rear camera with an LED flash. For selfies, there’s an 8 MP front-facing camera.
The phone supports 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro USB 2.0, and A-GPS. The 3000 mAh battery promises 15 hours of talk time. It offers quick charging times thanks to Qualcomm’s fast charging tech. For security, the phone relies on a fingerprint sensor.
