Oppo Launched Enco Air2 In India; Will Come With Better Noise Cancellation & Longer Battery Life
The Chinese tech giant has revealed its all-new Enco Air2 in the Indian market. The audio device is launched along with the latest K-series smartphone, dubbed as Oppo K10. The earbuds were announced and launched in the brand’s home market earlier this year and the Indian counterpart will be the same as its foreign sibling.
If we are to discuss the design, it is remarkably identical with that of Apple’s. The pricing is also done quite aggressively to compete with other offerings in the same segment such as OnePlus Buds Z2, Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro, etc. It will be available for just under ₹3,000.
Oppo Enco Air2: Key specs & features
The all-new audio gadget from Oppo will come with a longer stem and the Enco Air2’s design is also water-resistant, thanks to the IPX4 ratings. The AirPod like stem will be touch sensitive with a plethora of features and supported gestures. Users will also get to capture a photo by double-tapping on any one of the earbuds. The casing is a bit different from Apple, it will be an oval shape with an opaque lid. The earbuds can be seen without opening it, allowing users to make sure that the earbuds are stored safe.
Moving to the technicalities, the latest addition to the Oppo’s audio lineup will sport a 13.4mm driver constructed of composite titan diaphragm. It will also be equipped with the brand’s very own live tuning feature. Oppo claims that their all-new offering is precisely tuned and curated by the R&D team of the BluRay department. A few key features to note are AI noise cancellation, boosted bass, and much clearer vocals compared to its earlier TWS offerings. For gamers, Oppo is offering the lower latency mode.
The charging case of Oppo Enco Air2 will capacitate a 440 mAh battery with 27mAh cell on each of the buds. The USB Type-C port will ensure the fast charging capabilities. On the connectivity side, it comes with Bluetooth 5.2 and will instantly connect as soon as the lid opens.
Pricing and availability
The latest Oppo Enco Air2 will be available in two color options; White and Blue. The first sale will commence on March 29 through Oppo’s exclusive store and Flipkart. The earbuds come with a price tag of ₹2,499.
