OnePlus To Launch Affordable TV Range, Prices Starting At Rs. 20,000

Just days after the news about OnePlus Z smartphone, the brand is now set to launch an affordable range of smart TVs in the Indian market on 2nd July. The brand has released a teaser on its Twitter account, which hints at the price range.

Features and Specifications

The OnePlus TV is said to be thinner than their flagship OnePlus 8 smartphone and is said to have minimum bezels and a screen-to-body ratio of 95%. The OnePlus TV will come equipped with Dolby Vision HDR picture & Dolby Atmos Cinematic sound for a fantastic sound experience. It will also have excellent picture quality and a remarkable 93% color gamut. Although each variant’s exact details are not yet, we are waiting to see what OnePlus has created for the Indian Market.

Pricing and Availability 

The TV is expected to come in 3 variants: The entry-level TVs will be priced at Rs. 1X,999. The full HD version will be priced at RS2X,999. The 4K display variant will be priced at INR 4X,999. OnePlus TV variants are in the following size: 32-inch, 43-inch, and 55-inch.

OnePlus CEO Pete Lau, in his recent tweet, said, “We’re making our premium smart TV experience more accessible to our Indian community.”

The OnePlus TV will be available on Amazon. The website has already opened for pre-bookings along with offers like purchase the 2-year extended warranty worth up to Rs 3,0 000 at Rs 1,000 till the official launch.
