Nokia-Lumia-920-Price-IndiaNokia finally announces the release of its most awaited Windows Phone 8 device in India – the Nokia Lumia 920. After having a hard time battling it out with Apple and Samsung to be the best, it seems like Nokia has finally decided to get things in place with its brand new high end smartphone. But will this device help Nokia to bounce back in the race? Well, its hard to say before you get an hands-on experience. However, let us have a close look at the device and find out what Nokia has in store for you this time.

The Design
Lumia 920 features an amazing 4.5-inch TFT capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 768 x 1280 px shielded with a Corning Gorilla Glass 2. With dimensions of 130.3 x 70.8 x 10.7 mm, the device weighs around 185g and is available in colours – Black, Red, Yellow, White and Gray. In terms of designs, the Nokia Lumia 920 gives you no reason to complain.

Hardware and the Software
Interestingly, the gadget is powered by a 1.5 GHz Dual-Core processor, while the iPhone houses a 1.2 GHz processor. So, Nokia clearly bags the prize on this one. An internal memory of 32 GB is truly an added bonus. Unfortunately, no card slot is available, which means 32 GB is the max you get. The gadget is complimented with 8.7 MP Pureview primary camera and a 1.3 MP secondary camera.  Lastly, the 2000 mAh Li-Ion battery is capable of offering you 17 hours of talktime for 2G and 10 hours for 3G. Talking about the software, the Lumia 920 runs on the latest Windows Phone 8 OS with the necessary apps preloaded.

Nokia Lumia 920 core features:
1.5 GHz Dual Core Processor
Windows Phone 8 Operating System
8.7 MP PureView Camera
4G support

It is for you?
Though not officially announced, the handset can cost you something around Rs. 40,000. Now, does the price sound too high? Well, not at all. With all of those amazing features bundled in, you surely seem to be getting a lot more than what you expect. So, spending those extra bucks is truly justified.

Another Good Pick
Along with Lumia 920, Nokia also announced another fabulous gadget – the Lumia 820. This one too is powered by a 1.5 GHz Dual-Core processor and may cost you somewhere around Rs. 28,000. However, the screen size goes down by 0.2-inch, which shouldn’t bother you too much. So, if you plan to have multiple options at hand, make sure you add Lumia 820 to your list.

Where to find it?
The online retailers may obviously not be in a mood to offer you a heavy discount on the Nokia Lumia 920 at least for now. However, by comparing the prices, you can surely hope to save a few bucks, and CompareRaja can help you out with that.
