Nokia Launches 3 New Asha Series Phones in India – Asha 500, 502 and 503

Finnish tech giant Nokia has extended its Asha series with 3 new handsets- 500, 502 and 503. The handsets were unveiled by the company at Nokia World in October’13. The Nokia Asha 500 will come with a price tag of Rs. 4499 and will go on sale by December end. Nokia Asha 502 has been already been launched at Rs. 5969 whereas the Asha 503 will be available at Rs. 6799 by early 2014.

Nokia Asha 500

Nokia-Asha-500Nokia Asha 500 sports a 2.8-inch QVGA display (320 x 240p) with capacitive touchscreen. The dualSIM (GSM + GSM) handset features a 2MP rear camera and 64MB RAM. There’s 32GB expandable storage and it packs a 1200mAh battery. The device comes in four colour variants- White, Black, Red and Yellow. Some of the other features include 2G, WiFi, FM Radio, Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity and more.

Nokia Asha 502

Nokia-Asha-502Nokia Asha 502 features a 3.0-inch LCD display (320 x 240p), 5MP rear camera with LED flash, 32GB expandable storage, 1010mAh battery capacity etc. The phone runs on Asha software platform 1.1 with swipe UI. The 502 comes with a micro size SIM instead of the regular size SIM.

Nokia Asha 503

Nokia-Asha-503The Nokia Asha503 has a 3-inch curved screen with 320 x 240p resolution which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 2. Some of the key features  of the device include 64MB RAM, 3G support, dualSIM support, 5MP rear camera, 32GB expandable storage by microSD card, Bluetooth 3.0, 1110mAh battery capacity capable of delivering up to 12 hours of talktime and up to 480 hours of standby time.

In addition to the above mentioned Asha series models, two more Lumia devices named Lumia 1320 and Lumia 525 will arrive in India by January’14.
