Nokia 9 PureView Google Android Enterprise CatalogueThe Nokia 9 PureView is one of the most anticipated smartphones of 2019 which will be launched during MWC 2019. The various details of the phone along with the design have been leaked online ahead of its launch, which suggest that Nokia 9 PureView will be world’s first smartphone to feature five rear cameras. The latest leak comes straight from Google via an accidental listing published on Android’s Enterprise catalogue of supported devices. The listing, which is now taken down, featured an image along with some key specifications which are in line with the previous leaks.

As per the Android Enterprise catalogue, the Nokia 9 PureView will feature a 6-inch display and run Google’s latest Android 9.0 Pie operating system out of the box. It will be part of the Android One program. It also mentions the presence of 4GB RAM and 128G inbuilt storage. This is likely to be the base model of the Nokia 9 PureView and we also expect a 6GB RAM variant on offer as well. Further, the listing mentions the presence of fingerprint and NFC support, but the device won’t support ‘Zero-touch Support’. The listing also features a render which reveals the Nokia 9 PureView with symmetrically thin bezels on the top as well as bottom.

Based on the leaks in the past, the Nokie 9 PureView sport a 6-inch QHD+ (2880X1440 pixels) display with 18:9 aspect ratio and PureDisplay screen technology. There won’t be any notch or a hole in the display though. The device will lack a physical fingerprint sensor and will come with an in-display sensor instead. In terms of processor, the Nokia 9 will be powered by a Snapdragon 845 SoC, but rumor has it that the company will release an updated version with a Snapdragon 855 and 5G compatibility later in the year. The phone is expected to be backed by a 4150mAh capacity battery. With regards to the camera, the much-talked about penta-camera set up on the back of the device placed in a unique circular pattern is expected to offer 5 simultaneous shots and up to 10x light which should provide a good low-light photography experience. In addition to the five camera sensors with Zeiss-branded camera lenses, the phone also features two additional cut-outs on the back for the LED flash module and a laser AF module. For selfies, the front may feature a dual camera set up.
