Myntra, the online fashion brand, has launched Blink Go – its first smart wearable device. Myntra has recently acquired a consumer technology company named Witworks which is based out of Bangalore. Witworks will manufacture wearable products for Myntra’s brands. The company has announced its own Wearable Platform and launched its debut smartwatch – Myntra Blink Go. The smartwatch comes with a fitness tracker and heart rate monitor.

The Myntra Blink Go is available for sale on its website from June 22nd during the Myntra’s ‘End of Reason Sale’ till June 25th. The smartwatch is available for Rs 1,679 during the sale. Post the sale, the price will be Rs 4,199. The Blink Go would come in colour options namely Camo Silver, Camo Black, Pop Silver, Zig Silver, Zig Black and Pop Black.

The Myntra Blink Go boasts of a colour TFT display. It runs seamlessly on Android versions 5.1 and above. It can also be used by Apple enthusiasts as it runs smoothly on iOS 10 and above. The smartwatch features a host of activity trackers. This includes tracking of steps taken, distance covered, calories burnt etc.

It also offers tracking and monitoring of sleep. Sleep goals can be set to enable users to set weekly sleep goals, create reminders for bed time and waking up, and review patterns over time. There is a multi-tracker support feature as well which enables users to connect multiple devices using one account. The app can automatically detect and seamlessly switch between connected devices. Myntra has included a social feature. It is a leaderboard that helps you to challenge and compete with family and friends.

Users of the device can set personal goals and get reminders on the progress and tasks to be accomplished through the app. The devices can connect smoothly with Bluetooth. Other features include a water-resistance caller ID and a “find my phone” feature to track the phone in case it is misplaced or stolen.
