Motorola One VisionMotorola has launched its first One series smartphone in India for 2019 dubbed as Motorola One Vision. Motorola One Vision, which is the third smartphone under the One-series available in India, was launched at an event held in New Delhi. It was launched last month in Brazil along with some other international markets and is successor to last year’s Motorola One Power, but comes with significant upgrades. The key highlights of the device include 48-megapixel primary camera, IP52 certification and the fact that it is part of the Google’s Android One program.

Motorola One Vision Pricing and Availability

The Motorola One Power is priced in India at Rs. 19,999 for the lone 4GB RAM + 128GB inbuilt storage variant. It will go on sale in the country starting from June 27 via eCommerce giant As part of the launch offers, the company is offering its customers no-cost EMI for 6 months on all credit and debit card transactions. In addition, Vodafone Idea subscribers will get up to Rs.3,750 cashback and additional data up to 250GB. There will be two colour options available for the interested buyers- Bronze Gradient and Sapphire Gradient.

Motorola One Vision Design, Features and Specs

The Motorola One Vision sports a glass sandwich design with a punch-hole selfie camera and rounded edges. The phone also features a gradient finish on the back. The phone is also IP52 certified. In terms of display, there’s a 6.3-inch full-HD+ screen with 1080×2520 pixel screen resolution and aspect ratio of 21:9, which makes it India’s first smartphone with 21:9 aspect ratio. The display comes protected with Corning Gorilla Glass layer on top. Under the hood, the device draws its power from Samsung Exynos 9609 SoC, clocked at 2.2GHz along with Mali G72 MP3 GPU and 4GB of RAM. The inbuilt storage capacity of the phone is 128GB and it comes with a microSD card slot for memory expansion up to 512GB. The device runs Android 9 Pie OS out of the box. As mentioned earlier, the Motorola One Vision is part of Google’s Android One program implying timely updates and bloatware-free interface. The company has promised two years of Android updates and three years of security updates for the phone. The battery capacity of the device is 3,500mAh.

In the camera department, you get a vertically stacked dual camera setup at the back comprising of a 48-megapixel primary sensor + a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. The front gets a 25-megapixel camera for taking selfies and making video calls. The front camera also doubles up as Face Unlock. The phone also features a rear mounted fingerprint sensor for security purpose.
