Motorola Launches Smart TV At Prices Starting Rs 13,999

Smartphone maker Motorola has now forayed into smart TVs. The brand under Lenovo has been coming up with unique and affordable smartphones. Now, it has launched a smart Android smart TV at a price range starting at Rs 13,999 for its smallest model. The highest price variant of the Motorola smart TV will be priced at Rs 64,999. The premium model will offer features such as a 4K IPS screen with HDR 10 and Dolby Vision support, 30W soundbar, Android TV OS and more. All the Motorola smart TVs will pack in a wireless gaming controller.

For all prospective smart TV buyers, the new portfolio of Motorola smart TVs will offer the following:

32-inch HD TV

The 32-inch HD model will pack in a 32-inch IPS LCD screen with a HD resolution. This model will feature regular 20W in-built speakers and will support Dolby Audio. Motorola will use an unnamed quad-core processor with a Mali-470 MP3 GPU, 1GB RAM and 8GB of onboard. The TV will be powered by Google’s Android TV OS platform. It is currently running on Android 9 Pie.  The users will also be able to enjoy features such as a built-in Chromecast, access to Google Play and much more. The company will also offer native support for video streaming services such as Netflix and Prime Video out-of-the-box.

43-inch FHD

Motorola will offer a 43-inch IPS LCD panel with Full HD resolution for Rs 24,999. This model is a bigger variant of the 32-inch model with essentially the same feature set but with a higher resolution display. The smart TV comes with 20W speakers, 1GB RAM and with 8GB ROM, Android 9 Pie TV OS. It will also come with support for Netflix and Prime Video.

43-inch UHD

At a price tag of around Rs 30,000, the 43-inch Motorola smart TV will be among the most cost-effective 4K smart TVs that will be available for purchase.  The model sports a 43-inch 4K IPS LCD panel that also comes with support for Dolby Vision, HDR10 and MEMC technology that enables a smoother video experience.  The 43-inch UHD TV features 2.25GB RAM and 16GB ROM. As for its audio, users can enjoy 20W speakers with support for Dolby DTS TruSurround audio. The processor and GPU are the same as the earlier mentioned models. The support for Netflix and Amazon Prime Video will also be a part of this TVs feature set.

50-inch UHD

The 50-inch UHD comes with a 50-inch 4K IPS LCD panel with support for Dolby Vision, HDR10 and MEMC technology for smoother video experience. This model gets 2.25GB RAM and 16GB ROM. As for its audio, the company has upgraded the speaker system to a 30W front-facing soundbar system. The users can relish a superior audio experience due to Dolby Audio DTS Trusurround support coupled with the upgraded speaker system. Like all the other smart TVs from Motorola, this one will also come with support for Netflix and Prime Video.

55-inch UHD

The 55-inch model sports a 55-inch 4K IPS LCD panel as the name suggests. It comes with support for Dolby Vision, HDR10 and MEMC technology to empower the users with a seamless video experience. This model also packs in 2.25GB RAM and 16GB ROM. Just like the 50-inch smart TV, this Motorola smart TV model has also been upgraded to a 30W front-facing soundbar system. This coupled with Dolby Audio DTS TruSurround support offers a superior audio experience to its users. The model, which offers support for Netflix and Prime Video out-of-the-box, directly competes with the MI LED TV 4X Pro 55-inch model, which is also priced at Rs 39,999 just like the 55-inch Motorola UHD TV.

65-inch UHD

This is the flagship model in the Motorola smart TV lineup and is priced at Rs 64,999. The smart TV sports the largest panel size of 65-inches. The other features are like the 55-inch model. The users may enjoy a 65-inch 4K IPS LCD panel which comes with support for Dolby Vision, HDR10 and MEMC technology and a seamless video experience. This model will also come with a 2.25GB RAM and 16GB ROM. As for its audio, the company has upgraded the speaker system to a 30W front-facing soundbar system which provides a seamless audio experience when complemented with the Dolby Audio DTS TruSurround support. Just like the other TVs, the flagship model will also come with native support for Netflix and Prime Video out-of-the-box.
