LG Revealed W11, W31, And W31+ In India Under ₹12,000

In June 2019, LG introduced its W-series lineup with a reveal of three smartphones, LG W10, W30, and W30+. The series is focused on the budget category and the brand has now revealed the successors, LG W11, LG W30, and LG W30+ in the Indian market.

Among the three, LG W11 is the entry-level device sporting dual-camera, a bigger battery, and a large screen. The primary features of LG W31 include a triple camera module, a big display, and substantial storage. LG W31+ is the spec-up version of W30 with even more onboard storage.

LG W11, W31, and W31+: Key specs & features

The South Korean tech giant LG, has revealed all the three models W11, W31, and W31+ with a 6.5” FullVision LCD panel. The panel comes with a waterdrop notch selfie camera. The display comes with an aspect ratio of 20:9 and an HD+ resolution. The details regarding the 2 GHz octa-core processor isn’t revealed by the brand.

The entry-level LG W11 is equipped with 32GB storage on 2 gigs of RAM. The other two, LG W31 and W31+ sports 4GB RAM, the former comes with 64GB onboard storage whereas the latter will come with 128GB internal storage. The users will also get to expand the storage using a microSD.

The elder models, LG W31 and W31+ are geared with a triple camera module with a 13MP primary sensor. The main lens will be paired with a 5MP ultra-wide and a 2MP depth sensor. On the flip side, LG W11 will sport a dual-camera module with a primary lens of 13MP coupled with a 2MP ultra-wide lens. The selfie snapper will be an 8MP sensor on all three smartphones.

On the software side, the new LG lineup will boot on Android 10. LG has also focused on biometrics where users will get a fingerprint scanner on the W31 and W31+ on the rear. The whole lineup sports a 4,000 mAh battery, there will be no fast-charging support. LG is offering Bluetooth, WiFi, dual 4G VoLTE, a 3.5mm audio port, and integrated GPS.

Pricing and availability

LG’s new lineup, W11, W31, and W31+ will only be available in the Midnight Blue color option. The pricing is also quite aggressive at ₹9,490, ₹10,990, and ₹11,990 for W11, W31, and W31+, respectively.
