Trying to cope up with the competition, LG has launched multiple smartphones in the budget segment. In the lineup introduced by the brand in 2020, there are several Q-series models such as LG Q31, Q51, Q61, and a 5G variant Q92 5G, as well. LG has revealed the next in the lineup that will be the successor to LG Q51, the smartphone is named LG Q52.

Coming to the basic specs, the device features a quad-camera setup on the rear paired with a punch-hole display on the front. LG Q52 will have a large 4,000 mAh battery and in other news, LG has also revealed that its LG Wing will get introduced to the Indian market this month. LG Wing has a pop-up selfie camera with a swiveling display.

LG Q52: Key specs and features

The budget-friendly model, LG Q52 will sport an LCD panel of 6.6” with HD+ resolution having 720*1600 pixels. The aspect ratio will be 20:9 and the smartphone will run on LG’s UI on top of Android 10. The smartphone will be powered by MediaTek’s Helio P35 SoC coupled with 4 gigs of RAM and 64GB internal storage. The storage can be expanded using a dedicated microSD card and the whole package is backed up by a 4,000 mAh battery.


Coming to the optics, LG Q52 will come with a quad-camera design housing a primary sensor of 48MP at f/1.8, 8MP ultra-wide, 2MP macro sensor, and 2MP depth camera. The build quality offered by LG here is also top-notch and comes with a MIL-STD-810G frame that will keep it safe from all the harsh impacts and weather conditions.


LG Q52 is equipped with a fingerprint scanner on the right edge and users will get a range of connectivity features such as WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, dual VoLTE, type-C USB, and 3.5mm audio port.

Pricing and availability

The latest LG offering, LG Q52 is launched in South Korea at a price tag of KRW 330,000 (roughly ₹21,600) and the smartphone will come in two colors, Silky White and Silky Red. There is no official announcement on the availability in the Indian market.
