Pre-bookings start for LG G5 – Should You Go For it?
The most awaited LG G5 with a modular design will be soon up for grabs. The device is now available for pre-order on Flipkart with a price tag of Rs. 52,990 from 21st May to 30th May. Well, that may seem a bit expensive but wait till we discuss the specifications. Below is a quick run-down:
5.3 inch quad HD display
Qualcomm snapdragon 820 processor
4 GB RAM
16 MP primary camera
8 MP secondary camera
32GB of internal storage capacity
2800mAh removable battery
One feature that’s presently being talked about is the slide-out battery tray that lets you swap batteries so that you always stay connected.
The LG G5 sports a 5.3 inch QHD display, which makes it slightly smaller than the one found in its predecessors G3 and G4 that feature a larger 5.5 inch screen.
Powering the device is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor along with 4GB of RAM. In terms of internal storage, you get 32GB of space. But, if that’s not enough, here is something that will surely get you excited. The handset lets you expand the internal memory up to 2TB via a microSD card. Yes, you read it right, 2 terabytes. That’s probably more than the space in your laptop hard drives.

Talking about the camera, you have a 16 MP and an 8MP dual camera meant to offer wide-angle lens options that let you capture images at high quality. On the front lies a standard 8MP snapper.
While the LG G3 http://www.compareraja.in/lg-g3-price.html and G4 http://www.compareraja.in/lg-g4-price.html packed in a 3000mAh battery, the new G5 comes with a slightly less powerful 2,800mAh battery. We are not quite sure why that happened.
For now, the LG G5 will be available in 4 colours – Gold, Pink, Titan and Silver, making it easy for you to choose one that best suits your personality.
To make things a bit more interesting, LG gives you an option to choose among a few accessories dubbed LG G5 Friends. The accessories include:
