Lenovo has been on its way to the top in its race with other mobile phone companies. In the last year, it launched its K series phones and drew a lot of attention towards itself. The K6 Power became popular for its amazing and powerful battery. Lenovo also launched Phab 2 and this year it is all set to launch some bigger guns in the market.
To woo us all off our feet, this New Year Lenovo is ready with its Lenovo Vibe P2. With the K series taking off last year, this year is probably dedicated to the P series of Lenovo Smartphones. With the K6 Power, Lenovo showed us that we could stop worrying about our phone battery. The P2 will probably make you fall in love with Lenovo all over again.
A lot of mobile phones available today have batteries in the range of 3000 – 4000 mAh. Keeping our usage of smartphones in mind to watch movies, play music or games, click pictures and make audio and video calls, the battery usually drains out by evening. With the powerful 5100 mAh battery, there’s nothing that can stop you! Our phones have replaced a lot of devices like the camera, calculator and even fitness bands. Powering all these at once is this 5100 mAh battery which all by itself could make you want the Lenovo P2.
Screen and Processor
The power packed P2 comes with a 5.5-inch display under a Super AMOLED Capacitive touch screen. Inside, the phone has a Qualcomm Octa core Snapdragon 625 Processor with a 2.0 GHz Clockspeed making it faster than most available smartphones. The phone has a 4GB RAM Space to run all your applications and 32 GB Internal memory to store them too. For all your other data you can expand the storage capacity to 256GB using its Micro SD Card Slot.
Camera and Design

The Phone has plastic back with the metal finish that gives it sleek and elegant look. Although the design is similar to the Vibe series, the P2 comes with a fingerprint scanner on the front embedded in its home button. The phone will be available in Gold and Grey.

Similar to most phones available in the market, the P2 runs a Marshmallow Android v6.0. There has been no news of the launch of an update to the OS yet. The connectivity features include the Bluetooth v4.1, Wi-Fi, NFC and OTG connectivity. The phone has a dual SIM feature. There has been no news regarding a hybrid slot.
