Can Lenovo Vibe K5 Note Dethrone Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 In The Battle of Budget Smartphonesby Nawaf Khan August 2, 2016
The Lenovo Vibe K5 has just been announced, and Lenovo has ticked all the right boxes to make it a stiff competitor against the likes of Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 and the Moto G4 Plus. The Lenovo Vibe K5 Note will be launched at the crack of midnight on 3rd August exclusively on Flipkart, so do not forget to make use of the incredible Flipkart offers on mobiles. But does it have all it takes to beat the almighty Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 in the same price bracket? Let’s find that out by comparing the two budget-friendly smartphones in a head to head clash.
It’s uncanny how similar the Lenovo K5 Note is to its Xiaomi counterpart. They both have almost the same dimensions and the exactly same back panel. The only difference is the position of the front camera and sensors at the front. On the Lenovo device, the camera and sensors are on the left side, while on the Mi device they are located on the right side.
The Lenovo Vibe comes with a battery of 3500 mAh while its competitor comes with a whopping 4050 mAh battery. So it’s pretty obvious that the Xiaomi device comes out on top in this department.

It will be interesting to see how Lenovo has optimised the performance of this device.
