The Beijing-based tech giant Lenovo has finally unveiled the all-new Tab P12 Pro for the Indian market. For the global markets, the tablet was already on sale since September last year, and after a long delay, Lenovo brought it to India. The audience targeted by Lenovo are the working professionals who will easily get their work done on the go. It will allow users to pair it up with the keyboard that comes as an optional accessory. The all-new tablet from Lenovo will also come packed with Precision Pen 3.

With a huge AMOLED panel, the tablet comes in a metal unibody build featuring a top-of-the-notch Qualcomm chipset. Lenovo Tab P12 Pro comes with a big battery unit to power it through the intensive tasks. Here’s all that you should know before making the purchase.

Lenovo Tab P12 Pro: Key specs & features

As soon as you hold the Tab P12 Pro, it will greet you with a big 12.6” panel that will produce a resolution of 2560*1600 pixels. The AMOLED panel will get up to a peak brightness of 400 nits and will also support HDR10+. The tablet will also come with 107% NTSC color calibration. The panel is also being given a protection of Gorilla Glass 5 and also supports Dolby Vision.

At its core, Tab P12 Pro will sport a Snapdragon 870 paired with up to 256GB UFS 3.1 onboard storage and 8 gigs of LPDDR5 memory. The tablet comes with a fast charging support of 30W and the onboard battery capacity is 10,200 mAh. From 0% to 100%, the device will take somewhere around 3 hours. The company claims to provide a continuous video streaming of 14.6 hours.

Moving to the optical setup, the Tab P12 Pro comes with a front firing sensor of 8-megapixel paired with ToF sensor. On the rear, Lenovo is offering a dual-camera setup having a primary sensor of 13MP and an ultra-wide lens of 5 megapixel. The stylus that you will get bundled will be paired to the tablet using Bluetooth. The latency that you will get here is quite minimal and you will get to charge the stylus through magnets, attaching it to the tablet.

The latest addition to the tablet lineup will come with a quad-speaker setup by JBL. Few other features that are offered here are Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 6, GPS, microSD card, USB Type-C port, GPS, and more. There will also be a fingerprint scanner on the edge. There is no support for cellular connectivity. Lenovo Tab P12 Pro will boot on Android 11 out of the box.

Lenovo’s latest tablet will be available in a single color option; Storm Gray. The device will officially be available on Amazon IN, Lenovo’s exclusive, and online stores. Tab P12 Pro will come at a price tag of ₹69,990. It will also be soon available through major retail outlets.
