After multiple teasers, Lava Mobile has finally unveiled a stylish large screen Android smartphone named Iris Pro 30 in India. The company has been boasting about its upcoming flagship on its social profiles under the theme ‘Art meets Smart.’ The dualSIM phone is priced at Rs. 15,999. It is 7.55m thick and weighs 114 grams.
The Iris Pro 30 hosts a 4.7-inch HD IPS OGS display with 1280x72op resolution along with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The phone is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core MediaTek processor along with 1GB RAM. It runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system. In-built storage is 4GB which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.
There’s an 8MP rear BSI sensor camera with dual-LED flash and a 3MP front camera. The connectivity features include- 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, WCDMA and GPS/A-GPS. All of this is backed with 2000mAh battery that can deliver up to 7.5 hours of talktime on 2G network whereas 4.5 hours of talktime on 3G network. The standby time is 400 hours. The battery has a CABC (Content Adaptive backlight control) technology which gives 30% more power as compared to other batteries.

The Iris Pro 30 is expected to be available in stores from 3rd week of January.
