Basically, Airtel is doing everything possible to beat Jio at its own game of bundling a very affordable phone with its service.

You will get a cash refund of Rs 500 after 18 months and another Rs 1000 after 36 months. With the total cashback benefit to Rs 1500, the effective price of the phones go down to Rs 1,799 and Rs 1,849.
Airtel provides flexibility to scrap bundled plan if they wish to choose another service. But, in this case, the user will have to make recharges worth Rs 3000 within the first 18 months to claim the first refund instalment of Rs. 500 and another Rs 3000 over the next 18 months to claim the second refund instalment of Rs 1000.
Before buying one, do glance over the specs sheet of these phones. The Karbonn A1 Indian is a dual-SIM phone. It features a 4-inch touchscreen display with 800 x 480 resolution. It is powered by the Mediatek 6737 chipset, which hosts a quad-core processor clocked at 1.1 GHz. It gets 1 GB RAM and 8 GB of internal storage.
