Indian smartphone company Intex, best known for its inexpensive Android smartphones, launched Elyt E6. As opposed to the selfie-centric Elyt Dual released last week, the Elyt E6 is more of an all-rounder. To start off, it sports a 5-inch IPS HD 2.5D curved glass screen with 1280 x 720 pixel resolution. The screen is protected by Dragontrail glass.
As opposed to the Spreadtrum SoC on the Elyt Dual, the Elyt E6 is powered by a 1.25 GHz quad-core MediaTek processor with Mali-T720 GPU. It has 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. There’s a microSD card slot that can take up to 128 GB.
On the photography front, the Intex Elyt E6 sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with an LED flash. The 8 MP selfie shooter also comes with an LED flash for superior low-light selfies. Other features include Dual SIM support with 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPS. The phone runs Android 7.0 Nougat and is powered by a 4000 mAh battery.
With the Elyt E6, Intex is targeting budget segment. The phone will be available online exclusively on Flipkart starting from December 15 for Rs 6,999.
