InFocus is an Oregon based American brand founded in 1986. It specialises in the manufacturing LCD projectors, LED televisions, tablets, and smartphones. InFocus commenced its India operations in 2015, by launching a bunch of high-performance value smartphones.

The company is now poised to stir up the budget smartphone market once again with the Turbo 5 Plus and Snap 4. These phones have been priced at Rs 8,999 and Rs 11,999 respectively. The Turbo 5 Plus is the first smartphone under the Rs 10,000 to sport a dual-camera setup. It undercuts the Coolpad Cool 1 and Lenovo K8 Plus in the process.

The Snap 4 goes a notch higher by delivering four cameras in total. True to its name, the Snap 4 has dual-lens setup at both front and rear. It is the first smartphone with such setup under Rs 15,000.

Both the phones feature a metal body construction. These dual-SIM devices are 4G VoLTE compatible. These phones are powered by MediaTek MT6750 octa-core chipset clocked 1.5 GHz. Both devices run on Android Nougat 7.0 out-of-the-box.

The Turbo 5 Plus is an update to the previously launched Turbo 5 and comes with a 5.5-inch HD IPS screen. The phone packs-in 3 GB RAM and 32GB on-board storage. There’s a microSD card slot for further expansion of storage. Coming to the optics the rear dual camera setup on the Turbo 5 Plus comprises of a 13 MP f/2.0 aperture lens and a secondary 5 MP f/2.2 aperture lens. The dual-camera setup allows wide angle shots with bokeh effect. The front facing camera is a 5 MP one with f/2.2 aperture. The Turbo 5 Plus comes with a whopping 4850 mAH battery.

The Snap 4, on the other hand, focuses on its photography prowess. It boasts of an 8 MP dual-lens selfie shooter which comes with a f/2.2 aperture with background blur effects. The rear camera setup comes in a 13 MP + 8 MP configuration with f/2.2 and f/2.4 aperture respectively. The display on the Snap 4 is smaller than its sibling, which is a 5.2-inch HD IPS panel. The Snap 4 comes in a 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage option.

The Turbo 5 Plus will be available on Amazon.in starting from 21st September and the Snap 4 at a later date from 26th September. Both phones are exclusive to Amazon in India.
