For all those loyal customers that HTC has and a lot of others that it will soon gain, HTC launched two of its new smartphones this year – the HTC Desire 10 Pro and the HTC Desire 10 Evo. You could get your hands on the Desire 10 Pro immediately while the 10 Evo may take a while to hit the market. The HTC Desire 10 Pro was launched recently while the Evo is expected in December. Mr Faisal Siddiqui, President- South Asia, HTC said at the press event that the HTC 10 flagship showcases the company’s focus on driving the evolution of smartphones, especially regarding its audio technology.
The HTC Desire 10 Pro is available in four beautiful colours including Polar White, Stone Black, Royal Blue and Valentine Lux. The colours sound so intriguing! Like the president mentioned, these will now come with support for 24bit Hi-Res audio and Dolby-enhanced BoomSound speakers. You won’t need anything else to get your party started!
The HTC Desire Pro sports a 5.5-inch display with a 1920×1080 Full HD resolution screen protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. The Evo is also available with a 5.5-inch screen and Full HD display. With the world moving forward towards clearer picture quality, HTC makes sure you will not be disappointed.
While they may be similar in size, the HTC Desire 10 Pro comes with a 1.8 GHz Octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 Processor with a 4 GB RAM and the 10 Evo has the usual Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 Processor with a clock speed of 2GHz and a 3 GB RAM. The two will be competing as the customers try to figure out which one is faster.
HTC also made sure you never run out of space. The Desire 10 Pro has a 64 GB Internal storage, and the 10 Evo comes with a 32 GB capacity. Doesn’t sounds great? Well, this will. The storage capacity can be expanded up to 2 TB. You could just say all your goodbyes to the bulky old hard disk you’ve been carrying around. Your phone will do it all.
The Desire 10 Pro has a 20 MP rear camera and a 13 MP front. That probably beats down all the phones with a 12 MP Rear camera. The Desire 10 Evo has a 16MP rear and an 8 MP front camera making your pictures look prettier than ever. Powering all this is the 3000 mAH battery for the Desire 10 Pro and the 3,200 mAH for the 10 Evo with some super-fast support for Quick charging 2.0.
Both these are locked in shiny all-metal unibody that is water, splash and dust resistant. Both these HTC 10 series flagship phones are powered by an Android OS. The Desire 10 Pro comes with an Android 6.0 Marshmallow version, but the 10 Evo is a step ahead and will run with an Android 7.0 Nougat version. The Desire 10 Pro is priced at Rs. 26,490, while Desire 10 Evo can cost you anywhere between 35K and 40K. Aren’t you waiting to get your hands on this one now?
