HP Slate 6 VoiceTab gets price cut in India, price down to Rs. 16,630

HP has slashed the price of its Slate 6 VoiceTab phablet in India. The device is now retailing at as low as Rs. 16,630 on eCommerce store Amazon.in. Slate 6 was originally launched at Rs. 22,990. It is listed on company’s official store at Rs. 17,990.

hp-slate-6-voicetabThe HP Slate 6 Voicetab comes with a 6-inch IPS LCD display and 720×1280 pixel resolution. The dual-SIM (regular + micro-SIM) phablets is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Marvell PXA1088 SoC coupled with 1GB RAM. It runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS and features 16GB internal storage which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. In terms of camera, there’s a 5MP primary snapper with LED flash and a 2MP front snapper capable of recording videos in HD. Connectivity options include- WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS and microUSB. All of this is backed by 3000mAh battery which can provide up to 10 hours of talktime.

Slate 7 is priced at Rs. 16,990 on HP’s official store.
