The tech giant HP has finally unveiled its latest laptop duo for the Indian market. The HP Pavilion Plus 14 comes with a conventional laptop design, whereas the Pavilion x360 14 will be a 2-in-1 convertible that will offer users the ability to use it as a tablet. In terms of design, Plus 14 will be HP’s slimmest offering under the Pavilion lineup.

HP Pavilion Plus 14 and Pavilion x360 14: Key specs & features

Starting with the elder sibling, the all-new Pavilion Plus 14 will come equipped with a 14” IPS LCD panel that will reach a peak brightness of 300 nits. The display on the Plus 14 will produce a resolution of 2240*1300 pixels whereas the convertible one will come with a touch sensitive 14-inch panel that will produce FHD resolution. On the front, the duo will come with a 5MP webcam and packaged in a metal chassis for a durable build. Moving to the audio front, the laptops will come with a dual speaker setup from B&O. Moving to the biometrics, the Pavilion Plus 14 will sport a fingerprint scanner, however, the convertible will be the debut device under the Pavilion series to sport a shutter for the webcam.

At its core, the latest addition to the Pavilion lineup, the Pavilion Plus 14 and Pavilion x360 14 will draw its power from Intel’s 12th-gen Core i5 CPU paired with integrated Iris Xe graphics. The chipset will come with 16 gigs of DDR4 memory paired with 512GB of onboard SSD storage. The elder sibling Pavilion Plus 14 will be backed up by a 51Wh battery whereas the Pavilion x360 will house a 43Wh battery unit. On the software front, the duo will boot on Windows 11 OS.

A few connectivity features found on the duo are Bluetooth 5.2, WiFi 6E, USB Type-A port, microSD card slot, HDMI 2.1, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio port.

The all-new Pavilion x360 14 will retail at a starting price of ₹76,999. On the other hand, the Pavilion Plus 14’s base variant will be priced at ₹78,999. Buyers can get the laptops through the brand’s online store along with all other major retail outlets.
