HP Launched Gaming Series Victus E and Victus D In India; Here Are Key Details

In the latest launch event, HP has unveiled its all-new Victus 16 gaming laptop, dubbed as Victus E and Victus D series. These latest laptops will sport Intel’s 11th-gen and AMD Ryzen chipsets. The processor that you will get on Victus E laptops is the AMD Ryzen whereas the HP Victus D series will come with Intel Core chipset. Both the series will come with 16” display panels and HP is also offering a higher refresh rate. The onboard GPU on both the series is Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 30 series. Let’s dive into the details.

HP Victus E series, Victus D series: Key specs & features

The US-based tech brand HP has introduced its all-new Victus 16 lineup in India. The laptops will come in 16” form factor and the panel will produce FHD resolution. The brand is also offering a high refresh rate of 144Hz. The lineup will also come with ample eye protection, dubbed as EyeSafe Low Blue-light and the panel will go up to a peak brightness of 300 nits.

At their core, the laptops under the Victus E series will come with AMD Ryzen 5 5600H and AMD Ryzen 7 5800H chipsets. The Victus D lineup will draw its power from Intel Core i5 11300H and Intel Core i7 11800H chipsets. On the software front, these HP laptops will boot on Windows 10 and can be upgraded to Windows 11 as soon as it’s available for the masses.

For the graphics card on the Victus E series of gaming laptops, buyers will get the option to choose between Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 and AMD Radeon RX 5500M GPUs. However, the Victus D series will be available in the single Nvidia GeForce GTX 3060 option, this high-end GPU will be available on the top variant.

The all-new gaming machines will have 16 gigs of DDR4 memory and it will have the upgrade option of up to 32GB. The RAM will be paired with up to 512GB of high-speed SSD storage. Users will also have the option to configure different performance modes, all thanks to the OMEN Gaming HUB. The software application will also let users monitor the system vitals along with boosting the network. On the audio front, HP is offering Bang & Olufsen speaker setup.

Pricing and availability

The AMD Ryzen-powered Victus E series will start at ₹64,999 and will come in a single color option of Mica Silver. The laptops will go on sale through Amazon IN. The Victus D series will be made available in Performance Blue color and will start at a premium price of ₹74,999. It will go on sale via Reliance Digital online stores along with other major retail outlets. The Victus E series will launch on August 20, however, we don’t have any info on the elder sibling, i.e. Victus D lineup.
