Honor 9XEarlier this month, Huawei’s co-brand Honor launched the Honor 9i in its hometown China. Now, according to a report by 91mobiles, the company is all set to launch the device in India re-branded as Honor 9X.

Honor 9X Pricing and Availability in India:

As per the report, the Honor 9X will be launched in India at an event scheduled in mid-July with a price tag of about Rs. 15,000. There are three color options available for the users in China- Charm Blue, Dream Purple and Magic Night Black. It is not clear of the company will launch all three variants in India. The company is expected to roll out the invites for the launch event soon.

Honor 9X Features and Specifications:

The Honor 9X will have same specifications as that of Honor 9i. The company has just decided to change the name as last year it launched Mate 10 Lite mid-range phone in India as Honor 9i.

The Honor 9X sports 5.84-inch display with full HD+ resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19:9. Under the hood, the phone is powered by Kirin 659 SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of inbuilt storage. It will run Android Oreo 8.0 operating system out of the box with company’s EMUI 8.0 on top and will be fueled by a 3,000mAh battery.

In the camera department, you have a dual rear camera set up comprising of 13MP + 2MP sensors. The rear camera set up comes with phase detection autofocus and a portrait mode. The front will host a 16MP shooter for selfies and video calls with artificial intelligence features.
