Haier PuriCool ACs With Built-In Air Purifiers Launched In India

Haier has made an interesting addition to its portfolio of ACs with the launch of the PuriCool range of Air Conditioners (ACs) with a built-in air purifier. The ACs come in two variants namely 5-star (HSU-12JS5 DC INV & HSU-19JS5 DC INV) and 3-star variants (HSU-12JW3 DC INV & HSU-19JW3 DC INV).

Considering the alarming rise in levels of pollution across major Indian cities, this AC would be a good addition to address an immediate and important need. A holistic air purification system has become a necessity as against being a luxury.

Haier has been quick to pounce on this need and introduce the revolutionary PuriCool range of air conditioners. This will help to purify the quality of air inside the house from dust, pollen, pet dander, particulate matters and smoke present outside. Haier’s new PuriCool air conditioners enable users to create a comfortable and clean environment in the house with hygienic and clean air flowing across the rooms. This offers a pleasant and superior cooling experience to its users.

The cutting-edge range of both 5-star HSU-12JS5 DC INV and HSU-19JS5 DC INV and 3-star HSU-12JW3 DC INV and HSU-19JW3 DC INV of PuriCool Air conditioners has been made available to the users in capacities of 1 and 1.5-ton. The in-built purifier incorporated in the new range of ACs enable the users to get rid of the requirement of an air purifier. The Haier Self Purify function in the new ACs enable powerful air purification system with a highly effective iFD (Intense Field Dielectric) filter. The AC also provides automatic PM 2.5 air quality detection and slide-able cruising module. The company claims that the ACs offer a high CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate) of 300m³/h.

The iFD processes in the new PuriCool air conditioners can remove up to 99.99% of air-borne pollutants. Each of these pollutant particles can be as tiny as .3 microns. The pollutants include dust, smoke, pollen, bacteria, etc. With its 3-in-1 display, the AC enables users to see the temperature, humidity and PM 2.5 details simultaneously.

The 5-star Haier PuriCool AC range also packs in a smart WiFi option to enable great control for the users and seamless connectivity. The new PuriCool range of ACs will sport Haier’s iconic Self-Cleaning Inverter Technology (SCIT). This technology enables automatic cleaning of the ACs evaporator by lowering the temperature to certain degrees and frosting the surface with increase in condensate water by 30%. The feature enables removal of all the dirt from the evaporator through a strong cold expansion force generated by frosting. With this feature, all the dirt is removed from the evaporator through a strong cold expansion force generated by frosting. This can then be washed away through defrosting. The feature also ensures anti-bacterial efficiency up to 99.9%. Due to this, users can enjoy bacteria-free airflow with a long air-throw of up to 50 feet. The result is hygienic and effective cooling.

The ACs also offer advanced easy installation technology of indoor component, system, and control for a hassle-free installation experience. This saves around 50% time when the AC is installed thus enabling professionals and technicians to work efficiently and install more ACs.

This new range of air conditioners will be available in the market with 12 years of compressor warranty. The HSU-12JS5 (DC INV) 5 Star AC will retail at INR 76,500. The HSU-19JS5 (DC INV) 5 Star AC will come with a price tag of INR 1,00,000. As for the 3-star ACs, the HSU-12JW3 (DC INV) and HSU-19JW3 (DC INV) will be available for purchase at INR 69,500 and INR 74,500 respectively.
