Garmin Vivofit 4 Colour OptionsVivofit 4 Design and Make:

The tracker comes with three colour options of bands- Black, White and Black Speckle. And it is available in two sizes- Regular and Large. One can also purchase additional bands in various colors and styles.

The Vivofit 4 is thin looking as compared to previous Garmin products and most other activity trackers available in the market. It is also quite light in terms of weight which makes it a comfortable wear. The silicon strap material doesn’t have a premium or a formal look but it’s easy to clean after a sweaty fitness regime. The tracker is water resistant, so you can also swim wearing the tracker without worrying about the damage.

Vivofit 4 Features:

The Vivofit 4 tracks not only the steps taken, distance covered, calories burnt but also monitors your sleep. The tracker also suggests personalised step goal for the day. It also tracks periods of inactivity. So, whenever you are inactive i.e. stationary for too long, a colored bar fills up on the display to alert you. You can reset it by walking for a couple of minutes.

The tracker also reads your current activity level and assigns an attainable daily step goal based on the same. As you go on meeting your milestones, the tracker will revise the goals for the next day. This way the Vivofit 4 gradually keeps pushing you towards a healthier lifestyle.

The tracker periodically syncs to Garmin Connect App throughout the day and you can compare your activity stats which are presented in the form of bold and colorful activity cards.

As mentioned earlier, the Vivofit 4 activity tracker has one year of battery life and thus it can follow your fitness progress 24/7 without the hassle of charging it every now and then. The device is powered by a couple of SR43 coin batteries. There’s no need to even manually start and stop the tracker as it has a Move IQ that can recognise activities such as walking, running, biking, swimming etc. and it starts the activity timer automatically.
