by April 4, 2019

Motorola announced its P30 series in China last year, which consisted of Moto P30 and Moto P30 Note. And now the company seems to be gearing up to launch the successor to Moto P30 series i.e. Moto P40, Moto P40 Note and Moto P40 Play. Both Moto P40 (aka Motorola One Vision) and Moto P40 Note (Power) have been leaked online recently and today team CompareRaja has exclusive leaked renders of the third smartphone from the Moto P40 series i.e. Moto P40 Play, thanks to our trusted partner Steve Hemmerstoffer (OnLeaks). It will be an entry-level phone with average set of specs.

Let’s have a look at the renders first before we discuss the other details of the phone…

Based on the above renders and the information received from Steve, the Moto P40 Play will sport a 5.6-inch display with a water drop shaped notch. The display has considerable bezels across all sides, especially at the chin. It will feature a 13MP dual rear camera set up placed on the top left corner. The back of the device will also feature a fingerprint sensor for security purpose. The volume rocker and power button are placed on the right side of the device, while the bottom of the device features a micro-USB port. In terms of dimensions, the Moto P40 Play will measure 147.7 x 71.5 x 9.2 mm (9.4 mm including very thin rear camera ring).

That’s all we know about the upcoming P40 Play so far. As mentioned earlier, it will be an entry-level smartphone so do have any high expectations from the same.

Here’s the 360-degree video of the same renders for those who are interested…
