[CompareRaja EXCLUSIVE] First Leaked Renders of Moto Z4 Play: Will Sport a Water-Drop Notch

We all know that Motorola is all set to refresh its G series of smartphones including Moto G7, Moto G7 Plus, Moto G7 Power and Moto G7 Play. Alongside the G series, the company is also working on refreshing its Z series. Today team CompareRaja has access to first and exclusive 3D renders and 360-degree video of the upcoming Moto Z4 Play, thanks to our trusted tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer. Let’s have a look at the renders first before we discuss some of the other details.

As seen in the above renders, the Moto Z4 Play will sport a water-drop shaped notch at the top of the display (which equips the selfie camera) along with thin bezels on the sides. The volume rocker and power buttons are placed on the right. The rear features a single camera along with LED flash placed in a typical circular pattern seen in other Motorola devices. The rear also features Motorola’s branding along with Moto Mod which could be 5G, so owners of the Moto Z4 Play will be able to enjoy 5G speeds. At the bottom there’s the 3.5mm headphone jack, USB-C port and a pinhole microphone. We can also see that the Moto Z4 Play has its speaker strangely located on top frame. Also, the fingerprint scanner is neither seen on the sides nor on the back, which means the phone is likely to feature an under-display fingerprint sensor.

As per the information available with us, the dimensions of the device are roughly 158 x 75 x 7.25 mm (9.4mm including rear camera bump) and the display size is roughly 6.2-inch.
