Canon recently launched the 650D, its first high end DSLR with a touchscreen. The camera is designed for newbies and pros alike. The Canon 650D is capable of producing images with an impressive resolution of 5184 x 3456. No doubt, many might hope for something better than an 18 MP camera, but it is the quality of pixel that truly matters.

The night scene mode shoots multiple images and combines them together to offer you a sharper image, whereas the HDR mode takes three different shots at different exposures and finally blends them together with a highlight detail and a greater shadow.

The camera also has a microphone located at the top. You also have an option to connect an external microphone. Moreover, with the Video Snapshot feature, it is possible to combine short clips of around 8 secs into a single movie file. You can later add a soundtrack to the file.

The 650D is equipped with a Multi Shot Noise Reduction option which performs when used in JPG mode along with the regular High ISO Speed Noise Reduction settings, the Canon 650D uses 4 consecutive shots to offer you a single low noise image which is definitely remarkable.
