Avita has launched a new series of laptops in India called the Avita Liber range of laptops. Avita is a lifestyle tech brand that is owned and operated by a Hong Kong-based company called Nexstgo. The company is known for its products under the popular Internet of Things (IoT) category. It will launch these products in India sometime in the future.


The company has been selling its laptops in India called the Primus series commercial laptops since November 2018. The Avita Liber series of laptops will be available in India at a starting price of Rs. 24,990 for the 14-inch model. The model is powered by a 7th generation Pentium N4200 processor. For a premium Core i5 7Y54 variant, the price can go up to Rs. 67,490.

The laptops are currently being sold in India through e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq and Paytm. The laptop will also be available across offline stores such as Viveks, Alfa, Dhruv Sales and Croma by the end of this month.

The company has extended an introductory offer to all customers. The offer is as three-year international warranty on its laptops. After three months, customers will get 18 months of free international warranty and an optional 18 months extendable warranty available for the users when they purchase the laptop.

Avita Liber has been launched with display screens of 13.3-inch and 14-inch respectively. Both these variants come with a resolution of 1920 x 1080. The laptops have an aluminium body. A unique feature of these laptops is that they come with five distinct patterns and 14 colour options as well. The laptops in this series are intended to attract young corporate professionals.

Under the hood, the Avita Liber laptops are powered by Intel’s Pentium N4200 and Core i5 processors paired with Intel HD integrated graphics. In terms of memory and storage, the laptops come with 4GB/8GB of DDR3 RAM paired with 256GB/512GB of SSD storage.

The Avita laptop series comes with a big touchpad, the dimensions of which are almost the size of a Poco F1. The laptops sport a 180-degree rotatable hinge. It comes with a battery backup of up to 10 hours on a single charge. The laptops have a sleek body which measures 5mm at its thinnest point and weighs just 1.37kg.

The laptops are equipped with a multi-functional USB-C port. The port enables support for quick charge, swift data transfer, and seamless display connectivity.
