Asus Announces Zenfone Max Plus (M1) With 5.7-inch FHD+ Display, Dual Rear Cameras And 4130mAh Battery
Asus announced its latest handset, the Zenfone Max Plus (M1), in Russia today. The phone boasts of a 5.7-inch FHD+ full screen 2.5D curved glass display that has an aspect ratio of 18:9 and a screen to body ratio of 80%. It comes in a metal body, fingerprint sensor at the back. It weighs 160g.
Under the hood, it is powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750T 64-bit processor with Mali-T860 GPU. The Zenfone Max Plus (M1) also comes with a dedicated dual SIM(Nano) and microSD slots. It is available in two variants: a 2GB RAM variant that has 16GB of internal storage space, and a 3GB variant that comes with 64GB of internal storage space. Its memory is expandable up to 256GB with a microSD card.
It boasts of a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, PDAF that takes only 0.03 seconds to focus. It comes with an 8-megapixel rear camera with a 120-degree wide-angle lens for group photos. It is powered by a 4130mAh battery. In terms of network connectivity, the device comes with 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPS.
The Asus Zenfone Max Plus will be available in Gold, Silver and Black colour options. While there is no information about either the pricing or its availability as yet, it is expected to be available on sale in Russia soon.
