Soon after the official announcement of the Galaxy SIII back in 2012, the launch of Galaxy SIII mini found itself surrounded by a bunch of rumours, and this time its the SIV Mini making its way to the rumours mill. Its just been a few weeks since the Galaxy SIV has been released, and the stories about the SIV mini have already started pouring in. Interestingly, the younger sibling of the Galaxy SIV will have four variants.
Key “Rumoured” Specifications
- 4.3 inch AMOLED display
- Android 4.2.2 Operating System
- Dual and Single SIM support
- 1.6 GHz Dual Core Processor
Note that all of these features are rumoured and not yet officially announced. So, you will probably have to wait for a while and hold your breath. According to a few sources, the Mini is set to release in June this year. However, few others believe that the handset will be available not before October 2013.
No doubt, the features look quite impressive. The Samsung Galaxy SIV Mini will house a powerful 1.6 GHz Dual Core processor. Now, if that turns out to be true, you have a good reason to bet your money on the gadget. The handset is most likely to house-in a 1GB RAM. Not too much is known about the internal storage yet, but you can surely expect an 8 GB or a 16 GB model. No talk about the camera either. However, a standard 8 MP rear snapper is what you can expect along with a decent front-facing camera.
Amazingly, the SIV mini is already available for pre-orders in the UK. However, you will have to wait for a while until the gadget hits the Indian market. It won’t be wise to comment on the price, but you can surely expect an affordable deal from Compareraja, coming your way.
