The Chinese tech giant has quietly unveiled the all-new OnePlus Nord 2T 5G in the Indian market. Under the Nord series, OnePlus is offering the third smartphone in 2022 that is next in line with Nord CE 5G and Nord CE 2 Lite. The latest offering is the most premium one added to the lineup.

The latest Nord device was already launched last month in the global markets. For the specs and features, the Indian device offered with the same as that of the global variant. The mid-range smartphone is offered just under ₹30,000 and compete with Realme GT 2, Redmi Note 11 Pro+, and more from the same segment.

OnePlus Nord 2T 5G: Key specs & features

The FHD+ panel on the OnePlus Nord 2T 5G has a 6.43” AMOLED unit with a punch hole front camera cutout. The in-display fingerprint scanner is present and the screen support a refresh rate of up to 90Hz. OnePlus has also equipped the device with an alert slider that is a unique feature from the brand. The volume rockers is on the left with the power button on the right.

Moving to the rear, the optical setup is a rectangular island with a chunky circular design element. In the two rings, the top one house the primary 50MP sensor that has the OIS functionality. Another ring have two sensors, a 2MP monochrome paired with an 8MP ultra-wide. The punch hole cutout carry a 32 MP sensor from selfies and video conferencing.

At its core, the OnePlus Nord 2T 5G equipped with MediaTek’s Dimensity 1300 SoC with up to 12 gigs of memory. On the storage front, the latest Nord offering offers all the way up to 256GB. The whole package draw its power from a 4,500 mAh battery that comes with fast charging support of up to 80W. On the software front, the smartphone boot on Android 12 with OxygenOS on the top.

Pricing and availability

The all-new OnePlus Nord 2T 5G available in two color options; Jade Fog and Gray Shadow. The smartphone is  offered in two memory and storage variants, 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB with a price tag of ₹28,999 and ₹33,999, respectively. The sale has officially commenced on July 5 through Amazon IN, OnePlus IN, and all the other major retail outlets.
